Matt Hoodie

Matt first became interested in training and nutrition after losing 150lbs. He found his passion for helping others in the process and went on to graduate with his Bachelor’s from Arizona State University where he studied both Dietetics and Exercise Science. Matt’s passion now lies in helping others overcome the same struggles that he faced himself. He has been training independently in The Valley since 2010 and has helped countless clients overcome their own struggles with nutrition and weight loss.

Becky is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She completed her degree as a single mother of two young boys, working multiple jobs, so she fully understands what it is like to balance a busy lifestyle with the need to maintain your own health. She has been training independently in The Valley since 2007 working both as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, helping clients of all ages to reach weight loss and sport specific goals.

Rhianna is an Arizona native with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition  focusing on sports and wellness. She brings with her a wide variety of experiences in the training and fitness world including Personal Training Specialist CCL, and long time spin instructor. In addition to her Nutrition degree and long term training experience, she brings with her an amazing energy and is meticulous in her training style, ensuring she is tuned in to each clients individual needs.

Matt Barker

Matt spent two years working in sports medicine and 4 years in fire fighter fitness and reserve. He is a certified EMT. Matt has a strong passion for training individuals to meet athletic goals and also for prehab and rehab circumstances. He is very particular in looking for and correcting any discrepancy in the anatomy of clients that may be creating a health concern or simply not allowing them to work at their optimal levels. He loves to take an individual and find ways to create the most balanced health/physique in order to greatly improve their quality of life!
